These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Bufferly, a macOS clipboard manager published by Buffertino (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using Bufferly, you agree to these Terms.
By using Bufferly, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using Bufferly on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Upon purchase, Buffertino grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Bufferly on one Mac you own or control. Your license key is tied to a single device. To use Bufferly on an additional Mac, a separate license key is required.
This license does not permit:
Bufferly is free to download and use in full for 14 days from first launch. No payment is required to start the trial. After 14 days, a license key is required to continue using the app. You can purchase and activate a key at any time — during or after the trial.
You agree not to:
Payments are processed by Creem B.V.(“Creem”), who acts as the merchant of record. When you complete a purchase, you are transacting with Creem. Creem handles payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes based on your location. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay; it is binding once the transaction is confirmed.
After a successful payment, Creem delivers your license key to the email address you provided at checkout. Enter the key in Bufferly to unlock full access. Keep your key in a safe place — it is tied to your device and cannot be transferred.
Each license key activates Bufferly on one device. A separate key is required for each additional Mac.
For refund requests, please contact us at contact@bufferly.app. We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to make things right. Note that consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may grant you additional rights regardless of this policy.
Your license covers all future updates to Bufferly at no extra cost. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we'll do our best to give advance notice for any significant changes.
Bufferly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the software will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buffertino's total liability for any claim arising from your use of Bufferly shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Your license ends automatically if you breach these Terms. Sections 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.
