These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Bufferly, a macOS application published by Buffertino (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using Bufferly, you agree to these Terms.
By using Bufferly, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using Bufferly on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Upon completion of the in-app purchase (“IAP”), Buffertino grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bufferly in full on Macs you personally own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.
This license does not include:
Bufferly is free to download and use in full for 14 days from the date of first launch. No payment information is required to begin the trial. After the 14-day period expires, full access requires completing the in-app purchase. You may initiate the purchase at any point during or after the trial directly within the app.
You agree not to:
Full access to Bufferly is unlocked through a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple via the App Store. The purchase price is displayed in the app prior to purchase and is subject to change; the price confirmed at the time of your purchase is binding. Applicable taxes may be added by Apple based on your jurisdiction. All refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard App Store policies.
Once the purchase is completed, it is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any Mac signed in with the same Apple ID at no additional charge using the “Restore Purchase” option within the app.
Your license includes all future updates to Bufferly at no additional cost. We reserve the right to change features, add or remove functionality, or discontinue the product, though we aim to provide reasonable notice in such cases.
Bufferly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buffertino's liability for any claim arising from your use of Bufferly shall not exceed the amount you paid for the in-app purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Your license terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using Bufferly and destroy all copies. Sections 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.
